What types of tutoring sessions do you offer?
We provide both online and in-person tutoring. Group tutoring may also be available if there are two or more students working on the same subject.
What subjects do you cover?
We tutor most high school subjects from Year 1 to Year 12. In some cases, we may offer tutoring for university courses.
Do you offer tutoring for kids with special needs?
Yes, we provide tutoring for students with disabilities. Our tutors are experienced in supporting students with diverse learning needs. We currently offer services to students under the Lifetime Support Authority and NDIS. Our tutors work closely with parents and support coordinators to tailor sessions to meet the unique requirements of each student.
How long are your tutoring sessions?
Most students opt for one-hour sessions. If you’d like to extend your session, you can do so in 15-minute increments. Our tutors are flexible, but please notify them in advance to ensure they can accommodate your preferred time.

No, we offer flexible arrangements, allowing you to stop lessons at any time.
Do you offer free trial lessons?
We don’t offer free trial lessons. However, we do provide a complimentary 15-minute introductory session when you first meet your tutor to ensure you’re happy before booking your first lesson.

What happens during the introductory session?
Before your first session, we offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory session. This is a great opportunity for students and tutors to get acquainted. During this session, the tutor will assess the student’s academic goals, strengths, and areas for improvement to create a plan for success.
What is the First Session Money Back Guarantee?
If you’re not satisfied with your tutor after the first session, we’ll refund your money or waive the fee and help you find another tutor until you’re happy.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session via our online booking system [link]. Tutors will receive a notification and confirm the session time with you within a few hours. Alternatively, you can call or email your tutor directly. After each session, the tutor will notify the office, and we will send you an invoice.
What happens if I want to change a tutor?
We are committed to matching students with the most suitable tutors. If you’re unsatisfied with your current tutor, simply call us at 08 8257 9151 or email us at [email protected], and we will arrange a new tutor for you.
Fees & Payment
What are your payment options?
If your tutor is listed on our website, you can book and pay through our booking page. Not all tutors are listed as some prefer to keep private. Alternatively, we can send you a weekly invoice after your sessions. Just complete an enrolment form so we have your details for invoicing.
Cancellations
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
If you need to reschedule, simply contact your tutor directly. Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you will be charged 100% of the fee. However, we do make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances like illness or family emergencies—no fees will be charged in such cases, regardless of the notice period. Kindly inform us as soon as possible.
Y11 & Y12 Online Class
What if I’m not satisfied with the first class?
Your first session is backed by our money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you won’t need to pay for the session. We will only send you an invoice starting from the second session. Please note, it is not a free trial. The first session is included in the total price if your child decides to continue with the class.
